We are delighted to welcome Dr Tracy de Peralta to the practice. Tracy will be working on a Thursday afternoon and comes with a glowing reputation for patient care and excellent dentistry. Tracy is also Assistant Director of The Peninsular Dental School.
Liz our hygienist is now working an extra day per week. This will help reduce waiting time and improve our service to you.
Kerry Hall can now offer 'Clearstep' an unobrusive way to straighten teeth and give you a lovely smile. Please ask any team member for details.
We always use the best dental materials available (with no expense spared) and constantly research and upgrade them where appropriate.
We are renovating our existing stock area to give us an upstairs sterilising room which, amongst other advantages, enable us to move the noisy autoclaves out of the surgeries.
Our new digital OPT machine is now installed and in use. Costing £26,000 this new x-ray machine provides high quality digital images of the whole mouth and the x-rays are immediately viewable on the surgery computers. |

There is a great deal of staff training taking place at the moment:-
John and Clare are undertaking year long courses with Bristol University.
John, Sarah and Josie are travelling to London for a Sedation course.
John is also taking part in further implant study days.
In the summer two teams from the Practice took part in the South West Big Walk around the Coastal footpath in aid of Children’s Hospice South West. Both teams had a good walk, completed their courses and together raised over £950.00 for the hospice. Thank you so much to all our patients, friends and suppliers who supported us in raising this magnificent total. |
